Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was an on campus interview consisted of two back to back interviews with 2 representatives from the firms. It was extremely technical, it was by the far the toughest interview I did in the recruiting process. Later I met with the interview and he informed me that he can sense when an interviewee are coming to the edge of their knowledge and pushes them off that edge to see how they react.
The second round interview was the complete opposite and it focused solely on fit, I had three back to back 2 on 1 interviews.
