Investment Banking Analyst

The interview process comprises of 2-4 phone interviews for "1st" and "2nd" round and a final "Super Day" for a third round of interviews at the Goldman Office in New York. The phone interviews were pretty basic ~30 minutes each asking standard vault-guide interview questions and fit questions. Also, they test language abilities as that's become super important to working in Asia. During Super Day, you meet with 2-3 interviews over a 2 day period. These are quite short as well, 20 - 30 minutes each. In my experience, it's even preferable to have shorter interviews because that means you've answered the questions correctly and efficiently (interviewers typically only prepare a few standard questions so once you run out, they're happy to let you go early or ask you to ask them questions). I heard back the evening of the interviews to receive my internship offer.
