Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got a first round interview with Goldman through on campus recruiting. I was expecting a technical interview, but it was pretty much all behavioral/STAR questions. The guy was also an MD, so that could be why. The only technical thing he asked was would you rather get $1,000 today or $1 every day for the rest of your life (I said a dollar a day). The guy didn't seem too interested in talking, he just asked about stuff on my resume and kept looking at the clock like he was ready to go.
