Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview took place after nearly 3 months of informational interviews, dinners, and presentations on and off campus. It was almost entirely technical. It seemed that the most important qualities were fit, and that they used the technical questions to screen out people that 'fit' but couldn't handle the intellectual requirements.
