Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Must do informationals with the bankers there to get on the interview list. If they like you they will invite you to private events. Before you land an interview they will know a lot about you and determine if they like you. The interview went really well as I knew the bankers interviewing me but unfortunately I was nervous and not on my A game. They care a lot about group questions and how my group thought about me, how I perceived other team members, and what I learned from my group experiences.
