Investment Banking Associate

I interviewed for the Veterans Integration Program which consisted of 1 phone interview with two VP's (ex military guys) who basically asked me a few questions about why I wanted to get into banking, why Goldman, etc. From there I was selected to attend the super day and interview with both IBD and Technology. I had 3 interviews for each, and each of them were very similar. Technology was a little easier because they basically just asked questions about "my fit" to the company. IBD was a little similar to that, but they asked me a little more about banking questions. Overall, it was a great time at 200 West and I really enjoyed the process.
