Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Goldman implemented video interviews as their first round interview. I completed the video through HireVue, and was invited to fly in and interview in person for the final round superday about 2 weeks after I recorded my HireVue videos. Around 1.5 weeks after my superday, I heard back from the recruiter with an offer. Everyone I spoke to during the interview process was extremely friendly and not condescending at all, something I really appreciated especially knowing Goldman's strong reputation amongst the Wall Street banks.
