Please describe the interview / hiring process.
No online psychometric, numerical, or language ability tests to complete. HR screens through resumes first, then invited selected candidates to an online video interview / HireVue.
The HireVue consisted of short videos where 5 questions were asked, 4 general across the organisation and 1 specific to the department:
1. Manager asked for information that you shouldn't disclose, what should you do?
2. Situation where you have to work with different people
3. A task which you faced difficulties in completing
4. Commonly-faced challenges in research methodologies
5*. Recent M&A news/deal that sparked your interest
Superday consisted of a few timeslots cleared in one day.
