Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had an on campus interview with an MD in banking and then I had a series of 6 two on one interviews at the office in the following month. These interviews consisted of basic technical questions, but really seemed to focus on fitting into the group rather than making the interviews difficult. After this I was interviewed by around 5-7 more people in one on one and two on one, and these people eventually were in my group and wanted to see if I would fit in too.
