Market Risk Summer Analyst

Applied to the position online through on-campus recruiting site
Heard back about the interview, had a 2 on 1 interview for first round, very technical (1 VP, 1 Associate)
Heard back about superday about a week later
Had a superday in New York with four 2 on 1 interviews (VPs and Associates)
Then all the candidates ate pizza with a few of the analysts
HR came into the pizza room after the analysts left and told certain people that they could go home, emphasized that people leaving or people staying had nothing to do with the chances of receiving an offer
6 of us remained and had 3-5 more 1 on 1 interviews with (MDs, Directors and VPs)
Didn't hear back for a month or two that I did not receive an offer
