Merchant Banking Off Cycle Internship

I applied online, and was invited for a first round hirevue interview about after two weeks. After the hirevue interview, I got invited for the final round in the London office. There were 4 one to one interviews with associates, a VP, and two MDs. People were really nice. There were no specific technical questions, but since I did M&A before, they asked me a lot about my past experience and asked in great detail - I think that was their way of testing my technical skills. All of them asked me to pitch a company to acquire, why and how, what are the returns, etc.
