Operarions summer analyst

It was a random assignment, I was called in for a diversity day and was set up with three offices in Salt Lake City. The interview was 3 2on1s with varying levels of current employees. Everyone seemed excited to have us, they asked general behavioral questions, so it was very much so a fit interview. There were a few "pitch me a stock" questions, but as a non-finace background candidate they were relaxed on those and more open to discussing educational opportunities during the internship period.
