I applied through website, and got a phone call from HCM. set up the time and had pre interview with the HCM.
Phone interview - typical questions ( tell me about your self, tell me about your experience XXX, etc)
After that, I got an email that they want to invite me for a superday interview.
All Asso/VP level interviewer. I was asked typical resume/ fit questions ( why questions, what do you know about this job, etc)
