Round 1: Phone interview with two people at VP level. 30 minutes. Conversational and behavioral.
Round 2: In person interview with more VP level plus associates. Conversational and behavioral. Very little technical questions.
Round 3: In person interview with hiring manager and MDs.
Round 4: One more in person with MD and HR.
Offer came few days later. Accepted and began background check.
