Operations Intern

Applied via hirevue for ops intern. Received an invite for a superday a few weeks later. There was three calls back to back with 3 people (each 20 min calls). The first lady was looking for the experience portion of the fit. The second lady was looking for a different skillset, and the last guy was looking for general communication skills. The last guy told me that each person was testing a different skill, and he that he appreciated me joining the call early.
