Operations Off-Cycle Internship

The worst recruiting experience I have ever had.

I applied for an Operations Off-Cycle Internship at GS in October 2021.
I got the invitation for the hirevue interview around December.
Three months later (March 2022) I get an email inviting me to 2 back-to-back interviews with different professionals.
It took the HR company 2 months to schedule the interview (after complaining and asking several times).
Also the email they sent contained the wrong preparation materials and position description...

The interviews were quite easy: all behavioral questions.
From walk me through your CV to why Goldman and why Operations.
I guess it all depends on who is on the other side... During the first interview I had two young and nice executives, while in the second two very uninterested and almost rude women.

After that, I received no news for a month and a half... At that point I had other offers pending and emailed them.
First they replied without answering to any of my questions. One week later I received the automated rejection.

Terrible HR management and a big waste of time!
