Operations Summer Analyst

Networking events on school campus followed by a hirevue and an hour long superday. All behavioral questions. Interview's are highly determined on who you know at the firm, unlikely to get an interview without networking or connections. Timeline can vary heavily depending on the location. I heard back about my super day 4 months after my hirevue. The people are very communicative. I recommend setting up calls with as many people in the firm as possible. Go into interviews very confident and don't worry about coming off too strong on interest.
