Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I met with the Operations Campus Recruiting team at a hispanic diversity conference in Detroit. I spoke to a recruiter who was also an alumni from my school and she gave me an interview for the next day, still at the conference. The interview was 1h long, split in two 30min interviews with two interviewers in each slot, for a total of 4 persons. There were no technical questions, all behavorials, mostly based on my resume.
