Overseas equity salse

I got emails from interviewers all around the Asian offices even though I applied for a position in Seoul. I got 1 interview invitation from HK, another from SG and 2 others from Seoul office. If you are successful in the phone round you are then invited to super-day at Seoul office. I met 4 different people including regional head, head of trading, head of sales, and an associate. Interviews generally intended to find out my fit rather than technical skills. Some people expects interviewees to ask for feedback at the end of the interview.
