Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got a phone interview, which is basically a behavioral type thing. I was then brought in for a super day along with 8 other individuals, which consisted of 2 45 minute interviews. One interview was with one associate. The other was with two. After this one, they told us to wait around, and those that progressed were paired with a group within SSG that they felt was a fit, where they were interviewed for 2 more hours. Didnt receive an offer, and the questions were akin to ibanking interviews.
