Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first step of the process was applying online. After applying online I then got contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview was mainly behavioral. A week or two following the phone interview I got an email for an office interview. They sent me a corporate card in the mail and let me book my flight on their site. I flew down to Miami and had 5 one-on-one interviews. The interview were mainly behavioral. The office was on the top floor in the building and you needed a key card to get in. The people working there were all very nice and it had a different culture than that of NYC offices. It was more relaxed and the people were more interactive.
