All the interviews focused on fit, there were very few technical questions at all. Though I did pitch several stocks, I was only asked in a casual manner about investments I liked and wasn't asked to go into much detail about the investments. Have general market knowledge but more importantly make yourself a likeable and sociable person in your interviews. Also definitely be able to say why you want to do the specific division you applied for
