Quantitative Analyst

I applied online for the position and was contacted within 2 weeks to come through for an interviwew. I ended up going for 2 group interviews. first with the head of the credit risk department and two analysts and then secondly with the head of risk, head of HR, head of credit risk department. After the first interview I was asked to complete a number of tests and provide references. the types of questions asked in the interviews are ones based on how I was able to overcome difficult situations etc, while the tests looked at problem solving ability. The best advice i would give to anyone going for an interview is to practice problem solving questions.
