What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was an online submission with 5 basic behavioral questions including a resume walkthrough. Second and final round was virtual superday with 3 interviews. Some had two people and some had only one. Mostly behavioral questions and a couple of very basic real estate questions. Was told I would hear back very soon but did not receive call with offer for three weeks.
