What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was asked to basically walk through my resume and expand on the various things that I had done. They were probably searching for teamwork and leadership skills. I was also asked questions about the division I was applying to (Securities). Why Securities? Why Sales and Trading? Why Goldman Sachs? I think they just wanted to know my thought process in my decision making. This was a video interview and the first step in a 2-step interview. I have a Super Day coming shortly.
