Sales and Trading Summer Analyst

I was accepted into the Goldman Sachs Emerging Leaders Program, which gave me the opportunity for an accelerated interview process. It began with a HireVue assessment, and after successfully completing it, I was invited to a Superday.

The Superday consisted of three one-on-one interviews, each lasting 20 minutes and conducted back-to-back. During these interviews, I was asked a variety of questions, including why I was interested in Goldman Sachs, why I chose Sales and Trading, and to share a leadership experience. I was also asked about my weaknesses, a news story I had been following in the market, and specific details about my resume.

After completing the interviews, I waited for about a week and a day before receiving a call from a recruiter. During the call, I was thrilled to learn that I had been extended an offer.
