Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Accelerated diversity program. Went from Hirevue to Superday. 3 20-minute interviews with traders and salespeople from various groups. Each interview was half behavioral, half technical. Pretty basic quesitons about the markets -- hardest 'tech' was about credit spreads and their relationship to SOFR. Other than that, most of the markets questions were follow-ups from what I had said previously. Ended up not getting the offer, though. Would say 2/3 of the interviews went very well, but the 1 that didn't was pretty damn mid.
