Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed with sales office in Chicago, indicated I was more interested in trading which got me the final round in NYC first week of February. Had three 30 minute interviews, pretty even mix of behavioral and technical, reading the Vault S&T guide helped out a lot here. I heard back in a couple days that I was put on hold (meaning I was competent but not competitive?) and got the rejection call about 4 weeks after that.
