Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred to the group's associates after an informational interview with the group's analyst. We called for thirty minutes using zoom and they asked me a variety of questions, almost entirely related to my interest in the group and about my career progression given I am a non-traditional applicant.
Not a single technical question was asked and ultimately, I did not get the position, so clearly I was not a strong enough applicant fit-wise to the associates.
