My credentials: economics major at a top university in my European country, no real job experience, one university-related leadership activity, perfect academics (an equivalent of 4.0, etc.)

Applied online in mid-December (the deadline was in early January); first round invitation in mid-January, about a week to prepare; second round invitation two weeks after the first round interview, a couple of days to prepare; had to contact them a month after the second round to get their response. All communication was via email.

First round: in their local office, two face-to-face 30 min. interviews with analysts from their FO divisions. Ordinary fit questions in English and my local language.

Second round: 30 min. phone interview with an ER analyst from their London office. Also mostly fit questions.
