Applied via campus recruiting website. I had previously attended a networking lunch (although only briefly spoke to an IBD associate, was mainly securities analysts/associates at the dinner).
Application was a CV and 300 words. Selected for hirevue (which is quite selective). Hirevue had 6/7 behavioural questions. HR gave response time in hirevue invitation and called with an offer 2 weeks later.
