Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Spoke to contact within the Strats division who referred me to the HR division. HR division then contacted me by email to schedule a fit interview. The first interview was just general questions about what I liked and then I was asked for availability to take part in a technical interview with someone from the Strats team.
