I applied in July for 2 positions -- investment banking and sales and trading. After applying, applicants must complete an IQ or fit or personality test -- the actual name of the website used and test escapes me. If your resume and results for this test are sufficiently impressive to move on, the first round interview is a HireVue video interview comprised of only behavioral questions. I did not make it past this round, but the following round would have been a Super Day in NY.
