Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, you have to complete the personality test which lasts around 30 minutes with a cognitive assessment. Then you get an invite to a Hirevue interview. Which asks general questions to describe your resume, why Goldman Sachs, what was the last M&A transaction that you followed. Each position has a special question at the end of the interview. You get 30 seconds to prepare to answer the question and only one attempt. After, the interview Goldman Sachs answers in around one to two weeks with an answer. The next step in the process is a super day which is done with a specific manager and employees for the position you applied for.
