Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got interviewed for the Summer analyst role after completing the spring internship in May 2020. The process for the SPing internship was far easier in that it just consisted of a HireVue interview after having your CV and Cover Letter screened.
I had to wait till November for the superday which for Covid reasons consisted of 3 zoom interviews with employees from VPs and associates. I think its is rare to be interviewed for a summer analyst role by anyone higher than a VP.
The questions were all fairly low in technical content. One of them was pretty much just about personality and if you would fit in at Goldman. The other two again were not to hard and fairly laid-back.
