Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through the Possibilities Summit which lasted about six weeks. Indicated interest in IBD and was selected for HireVue. Moved on from HireVue to superday for IBD Classic. Superday consisted of three twenty-minute interviews, one 1:1 and two 2:1, mostly with associates from different groups within the division. After the superday I was asked for another call the next day with an ASO in the group that ended up making an offer to me. Got a call with the offer the next day from an MD in the same group.
