Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Superday this past diversity recruiting cycle. Three different room, two were mostly behavioral one was technical. The technical questions were nothing too difficult, just accouting, merger model, and some valuations. The behaviorals were pretty standard, but also asked me to pitch a stock I didn't prepare after I did a prepared stock pitch. Overall experience was good I was able to connect with one interviewer but not the other two as much. Ended up getting the offer and accepted it, position was for equity research sa 2023.
