Summer Analyst

I did an Hirevue with Goldam Sachs for their summer analyst program in investment banking.

The Hirevue consisted of three questions.
1. Tell me about yourself: talked about my studies and how I got interested in IB and what I did work wise in order to develop my knowledge (internships, projects etc) as well as how I decided to talk with professionals who work in the industry to get more a more realistic perspective.
2. Talk about a time when you had to solve a conflict in a group: talked about how a girl in my group project at university didn't speak the local language so I convinced all the members of the group to speak english to give her a hand even though some members were not agreeing with this approach.
3. Talk about a current event that is affecting the markets: talked about how the energy crisis of 2021 was affecting the markets and that this could have a potential impact on energy companies to make acquisitions.
