Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was a HireView with 6 questions mainly focused on personality and situations that may appear in a college classroom environment. The last 2 questions were asking to define the differences between asset management roles and sales/trading roles within an investment bank. The super day was 3 rounds, each with 2 interviewers asking a mix of personality and situational questions. No truly technicals questions, just a couple on investment philosophy. The interview questions were pretty standard and focused on prior work experiences. It then took 6 weeks to hear a response of no offer.
