What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Did not network much before HireVue which consisting of 7-8 non-technical questions (personality/behaviorals).
Invited to SuperDay on Zoom (took place in 2022) 1-2 weeks later. Consisted of three 20min interviews with two interviewers each (typically VPs and Principals):
1st: Behavioural - why banking, tell me about a deal, how do you work in teams, group preferences etc.
2nd Technical - classic technicals
3rd Personality/Philospohical (?) - weird one, not quite typical behavioral, asked about your goals and your how you achieve them, all kind of hypothetical/see how you think questions
^Could come in any order. Later in the interview process (summer months), non-diversity. Heard back within 1 week.
Advice: Avoid overscripted answers especially if you can't answer a follow up, they'll see through it and press you on it harder. Explain simple and clear the first time to avoid a ton of follow ups.
