I applied online, had already done the Hirevue for another office (so I didn't have to do it again), and was offered a super day a few weeks after receiving my redundant Hirevue request. I had three 30-minute interviews for my superday, a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Everyone was very friendly and the questions were all market oriented.
