Summer Analyst

Applied in September, received a HireVue invite in mid-October. The HV was 5 questions, standard stuff. About two weeks post-HV, I was invited to the Super Day for IBD, which consisted of 3 30 minute Zoom Interviews with directors from GS. Not particularly technical, all three were conversational and focused on my previous intern experience on my CV as well as my hobbies (listed on CV). I received a phone call from HR abut 5 days later with an offer for Summer 2024. All of my interviewers were very young and motivated and interested in hearing about me. I could tell they really wanted to vet out the lower quality candidates. They started each interview by talking about them and their role within the firm for ~5 minutes, really explaining from the inside how the firm links together which was nice to hear.
