Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Hirevue, then leading to a superday directly. The superday consisted of 3 25 minute consecutive interviews, where one focused on behaviorals, one on technicals, and one on case studies. These three move around though, and it's really up to the interviewer to decide - I think they just throw questions out there. Technicals weren't very difficult, but the case study style questions were atypical of typical investment banking jobs, as this was for a private equity position.
