Started with a general phone interview during early January asking about why I wanted PW job and why Goldman. General behavioral questions for the phone screen. After the phone screens, offered super day for Chicago office. Super day consisted of four 1on1 interviews for an hour each. Didn't seem to be much structure. Some interviewers looked like they had question sheets, but seemed to go off script frequently.
