Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Through the "Accelerated Program". Found out I had interview the day before Thanksgiving, had interview December 18 (during my Finals week). One "first round" in the morning, then waited at office for "call backs" got the super day with 3 2-on-1 interviews back to back to back. First round was all fit, not technical at all. Know your resume inside and out. There were probably 100 kids there for maybe 10 spots but I'm not positive about that. Kids from all target schools I dont think there were any non targets.
