Please describe the interview / hiring process.
GS did on campus first round interviews at my school. Prior to that there was a resume drop and a few different networking events on campus. I was applying for a few different locations, but the interviews were for all locations. Got invited to first rounds, broken up into one interview with two analysts, and a interview with a VP. The analysts hit really hard on the resume, so you should be able to talk about a few different experiences/challenges you've had/dealt with. They were pretty relaxed for the most part. The VP was a dick, looked at his laptop and phone while I went over my resume. Obviously didn't want to be there. He asked a few brainteasers and the typical "why GS, why should we pick you" sort of questions.
