Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A combination of an on-campus interview, several phone interviews, and a superday. HR was always very communicative with me about my status in the process. Apart from a stock pitch, the entire process was very much fit based. Their main concerns seemed to be a genuine interest in working in ER vs. IB/S&T and being a person who they could spend a significant amount of time working with. If I could go back and do it all over, I would have prepared more for the behavioral questions, as I found them more challenging than the stock pitch.
