1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After resume drop, small group of students were selected to attend first-round interviews. After these first-round interviews, a handful were chosen to attend Superday. In the first-round interview, there were two separate 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews. The interviewers were cordial in their demeanor, and really seemed to want to get to know you as well as make sure you are not an idiot and can discuss some financial and economic concepts.
