Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was initially exposed to the GS IB Division through on-campus recruiting. Further to the end of the year, a Senior Employee's contact info was passed on to me. We spoke on the phone for an hour or so, covering both of our backgrounds along with some side conversations. I then was passed down to the Vice President which consisted of the same type of conversation. I spoke to 3 other junior-level employees where we discussed more technical questions. I was then granted a super day where I was with four other candidates, we were given a presentation regarding the Dallas IB division and some history surrounding GS. Then we broke out in a chat room with an employee we had not spoken to yet, shortly after we ended on a group case study that ran only by the candidates. We discussed 7 or 10 questions while the whole group observed, then we finished and received some feedback regarding our answers
