Summer Analyst (Sales)

Applied through on campus website by dropping Resume. Was selected for a first round interview and had one 1-1 interview for about 30 minutes with a VP. Was selected along with one other person for Superday in Chicago which took place exactly 2 weeks later.

For the Superday I was scheduled for my first interview at 9:30 AM and went in and had a 2-1 (2 VP's). This was a mixture of technical and behavioral questions and after that they kicked me out and told me they would contact me. I found out later that there were 10 people at that Superday and half were kicked out after just that one interview (kind of brutal when everyone was told to schedule their flights after 7:30 so they had to wait around all day).

After that I received a phone call letting me know I was welcomed back for the 2nd round. I went back in 3 hours later and proceeded to have an additional 4 interviews. These were all fit based with meeting a MD, MD, and Associate in that order.

After that they told me I was free to go so I went back home.

The next afternoon I got a phone call telling me I was put on hold until the next Superday but if I got another offer to call them and they would figure it out.

Flash forward 2 weeks to the next superday and at noon I got a call from HR telling me I got an offer.
